We are currently a primarily mobile law firm serving the greater Jacksonville, Florida area. This means we are happy to come to you or meet virtually in order to discuss your estate planning goals. The restrictions most law firms and clients face as a result of a brick and mortar office are not an issue with our firm. If you, however, prefer to meet at an office, we have offices available to us as well. Simply let us know your meeting preference when you schedule your consultation, and we will happily accommodate you.
By maintaining a mobile office, we are able to keep our overhead and, subsequently, the costs of our clients’ estate planning lower without compromising the quality of estate planning services.
When it comes to estate planning, one size does not fit all. We offer many different types of estate planning documents, packages, and payment options to accomplish the various needs of our clients. One of the things we offer to our clients is a Trust Conversion Plan. This is a cost conscious plan for our clients who desire a Living Trust, but cannot or do not wish to initially establish a Living Trust. The Trust Conversion Plan allows clients to convert a Last Will Package that was prepared by our firm to a Living Trust within a year of signing the Last Will documents. When clients choose to utilize the Trust Conversion Plan, the cost paid for the Last Will Package will be applied to the cost of the Living Trust Package.
Our goal is to help. We do not want the potential cost of future issues to deter our clients from reaching out to us. Thus, our clients receive free phone calls, free reviews, and free consultations. If our clients need our help addressing issues or concerns after their estate plan has been established, it will not cost them anything to discuss such things with our office.
